Refund policy
If your letter arrives damaged, you are entitled to receive a refund for that particular letter. Alternately, we can send a replacement free of charge.
If your letter gets lost in transit, we can send a replacement free of charge.
All subscriptions (other than our designated non-renewing gift subscriptions) are set to renew automatically. Your card will be charged, and your subscription will resume. If you do not want your subscription to renew, please contact us. Alternately, you can log in to your account and cancel your subscription at any time.
If your subscription renews, and you wish to cancel, you have 30 days to contact us to get a refund on the letters (6-month or longer subscriptions) we have not processed. If you do not contact us in that time frame, we can cancel future renewals, but we will send out all remaining orders monthly.
If you email us after a monthly recurring charge is posted (typically on the 9th or 10th of each month) and we have already processed the order, we cannot issue a refund for that order.
There are no refunds past 30 days on 6-month, 12-month, and 2-year subscriptions.
If you mistype your shipping address during checkout and we send your letters, you are not entitled to a refund. We will, however, resend your letters to the corrected address as a courtesy.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of an address change or update their address themselves in their customer dashboard. We will resend letters to the new address going back 2 months (60) days. Any letters that have been mailed past the 60-day mark are not subject to a refund or resend.
Upon cancellation of your subscription through the customer dashboard, you will receive a cancellation email notification stating that the account has been canceled. If you have emailed us to cancel the account for you, we will still notify you that the account has been canceled. You can also log into your account and see whether your account is active or canceled. If you are still being charged, you didn’t cancel your account.
